1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the puji 9 platform and its users ("Members"). By using the platform through the puji 9 website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

puji 9 is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, slots, live dealer games, and sports betting services. The platform operates in Bengali for users in Bangladesh, though support is also available in English.

These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is considered the primary document. Any translation of these Terms is for reference only, and in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on puji 9, an active mobile number and a valid email address are required. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete. Providing incorrect information may hinder account verification and could result in the account being cancelled later.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person or members of the same household open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method, those accounts will be closed and the associated balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorisation, notify the puji 9 support team immediately.

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of numbers and letters.
• Changing your password at regular intervals is recommended.
• Keeping OTP verification active improves account security.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, always log out afterwards.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

To open an account on puji 9 and take part in any game or betting activity, a Member must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by anyone under age is strictly prohibited.

After registration, puji 9 reserves the right to verify a Member's age and identity at any time. For this purpose, any of the following valid documents may be requested:

• Passport

If the requested documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended. Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal is processed.

4 Deposits and Payment Policy

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500. Transactions below this amount will not be accepted.

4.2 Deposit Responsibility

Members must ensure they are only using payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits using a third party's account or card are prohibited. Any breach of this rule will bring the account under investigation.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Winnings can be withdrawn from puji 9 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

5.1 Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, if identity verification or a security review is required, this time may increase.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit, unless that method is unavailable.
• To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• Multiple withdrawal requests can be made on the same day, but each must meet the minimum limit.

6 Bonus and Promotion Terms

puji 9 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has specific terms that must be read carefully before claiming. Once a bonus is claimed, the associated terms apply automatically.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members can receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. To be eligible for this bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳500 is required. The bonus amount can be withdrawn after wagering it 25 times.

Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives you ৳1,000 in bonus — total balance becomes ৳2,000. To withdraw, you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

6.2 Weekly puji 9 Reload Celebration

Depositing on any working day each week gives a 30% bonus of up to ৳8,000. Wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus. Example: ৳2,000 deposit → bonus ৳600 → wagering ৳600 × 20 = ৳12,000.

6.3 Weekend puji 9 Dhamaka

Depositing on Friday or Saturday gives a 40% bonus of up to ৳12,000. Wagering requirement is 18 times the bonus. Example: ৳2,000 deposit → bonus ৳800 → wagering ৳800 × 18 = ৳14,400.

6.4 General Bonus Rules

• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirements must be met first.
• Bets placed with bonus funds count towards the wagering requirement.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.
• puji 9 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers without prior notice.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on puji 9 is governed by the rules below. Once a transaction is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• A bet cannot be cancelled after a game has started.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault, the result will be determined according to the server logs.
• If a mechanical error (bug, software fault) is found in a game result, that round may be considered void.
• If a match is cancelled in sports betting, the bet will be refunded; however, separate rules apply for rescheduled matches.
• Placing bets on the same event in a competitive manner (arbitrage) may bring the account under investigation.

7.1 Responsible Betting

8 Account Suspension and Closure

puji 9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a Member's account for any of the following reasons:

• Evidence of breach of terms or fraudulent activity.
• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Abuse of the bonus system or operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to submit documents requested for account verification.
• Unusual activity in betting patterns or suspicion of coordinated fraud.
• Voluntary account closure at the Member's own request.

In the event of account closure, the return of any valid balance (if applicable) will be decided after an investigation. In proven cases of fraud, all balances and winnings may be forfeited.

8.1 Self-Initiated Account Closure

Any Member who wishes to close their account voluntarily can contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Before closing the account, make sure no valid balance remains that needs to be withdrawn.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

puji 9 gives the highest priority to protecting Members' personal information. Full details of how information provided during registration and use is collected, stored, and used can be found in our privacy policy.

10 Responsible Gaming Policy

12 Rule Changes & Updates

puji 9 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or site notifications.
